Williams wrote three books about
nutrition in alcoholism prevention and treatment (see books). He
also published several animal experiments and many thoughtful discussions in professional
and lay publications (see articles). Here we have gathered a few
writings that are available online. We will add to this list as possible, perhaps
including some chapters of Williams’s last book on the subject, The Prevention of
Alcoholism Through Nutrition, 1981.
